The Aletto

Aletto at Sanborn Square is World Class Class A Office Complex complete with Fine Dining. The project is divided into two Buildings with a 550 space covered Parking garage.

Compson Financial Center (Building A) is a ten-story building containing approximately 120,000 Sqft of Class A office space. In addition the project will have a 10,500 Sqft Rooftop Restaurant with expansive Ocean and City views. There are two additional Restaurants located on the ground floor. The building is complete with state-of-the-art conference facilities and a Rooftop Garden.

Park Place (Building B) is approximately 24,000 Sqft 6-story building which contains a 4200 sqft ground floor restaurant. The building contains a rooftop garden and work out facility on the roof.

When completed there will be 550 Covered parking spaces with an expansive covered motorcade open to the public.
