A CLOSER LOOK
Set on the former Motorola plant site along Congress Avenue, Renaissance Commons was envisioned as a true town-center community, and Compson Place Apartments completed that vision. Designed by Mouriz, Salazar & Associates with landscape design by Cotleur & Hearing, the community offers one- and two-bedroom residences with high-end appliances, granite kitchen countertops, marble baths, garage parking and 24-hour security.
Residents enjoy a walkable, main-street setting with Compson Place’s restaurants and more than 30 specialty retailers just steps away, and South Florida’s beaches only minutes from home. Financed through a HUD Section 220 insured mortgage after more than five years of work with HUD, the community celebrated its grand opening in June 2014 and quickly became home to Boynton Beach residents.
