Compson Associates, Inc. (“Compson Associates,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through compsonassociates.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect the details you submit: your name, company, email address, phone number, the office and type of inquiry you select, and your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and route them to the right member of our team; to operate, secure and improve the Site; to understand how visitors use the Site; and to protect against spam and abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics and service providers
We use Google Analytics to measure Site traffic and usage. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages visited and time on site. You can learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our contact form to detect automated spam. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser and connection for that purpose, subject to Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Our Site is hosted and maintained by service providers who process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site and respond to inquiries, when required by law or legal process, to protect our rights, property or safety, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale of assets. Information you submit through the contact form is delivered to our team by email.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, parts of the Site may not work as expected, and our analytics will not be able to count your visit.
Data retention and security
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us as described below. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests as the law requires.

The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The Site may link to other websites, such as news articles about our projects. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
