Renaissance Commons’ Compson Place units have been years in development

After several site plans and changes, and millions spent on developing those while battling a recession, the only apartment complex in the mixed-use mega development Renaissance Commons off Congress Avenue is finally a place Boynton Beach residents are calling “home.”
One of the three six-story buildings of Compson Place Apartments is completed and the two others are expected to be done soon. Residents moved into the first building May 15 and its’ already 75 percent full.
